Information collected by the website
Our server may record ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time. We use this for security, fault finding and aggregated visitor statistics. We do not ask you to create an account.
If you contact us, we use the information you provide to read and answer your enquiry and to keep an appropriate record. Please do not send driving-licence numbers, payment-card details, policy documents or medical information unless we specifically and securely request it.
Following an insurance link
Links to Safely Insured take you to a separate website operated by Ramasis Limited. That organisation provides the quotation service and handles the information you enter there under its own privacy policy. BorrowACar.co.uk does not receive your completed quotation answers merely because you followed the link.

This version of the site does not set advertising cookies. If privacy-friendly visitor measurement is added, this policy and any consent controls will be updated as required.
Retention and your rights
We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, legal obligations and the handling of complaints.
